Positive: LeBest is about 30 Minutes by car to the north of Chiang Mai City (CM) off the 1001 highway, which is a location I chose, because I had to go to Phusanfan Airfield during my stay and the location is in between CM and the airfield. The owner and staff are very friendly and try to be helpful. They do your laundry for you, if you ask (50 THB). The pool is kept very clean. The kitchenette is well equiped: Microwave, water filter, decent fridge, air fryer. Parking is available on site (except party nights, when the parking area can become crowded).

Negative: I was the only guest during the week, which was very pleasant and quiet. However, on the weekend the property is rented out as a party location. First weekend I had to break the party up myself after midnight to get any sleep at all. The second weekend the party noise was tolerable. Please, be aware that Friday and / or Saturday night you might have an issue. Renting this place you will need to have a car. Even walking to the next 7/11 will take about 20-30 Minutes.
