Casa Catarina is detached from the main buildings. The master bedroom has a private patio shaded by an olive tree. There is a large patio at the front of the house with built-in barbecue and all rooms have beautiful views of the countryside and the sea. Balance-flue gas heaters in each room for cooler winter evenings.

At the same time each villa provides every modern amenity including a fully equipped kitchen, satellite TV. & Internet. We also provide 24 hour service when needed. Monte Velho (traditionally meaning an old community) offers an ideal retreat in the sun yet close to all amenities, bars and restaurants and the gorgeous sandy coastline with numerous unspoilt beaches.

Catarina is detatched with Annex, housing 2nd bedroom en suite. Private patios, shaded by palm & olive trees. Private parking on eira (old threshing ring).
Helena, also 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, with separate lounge & dining room. Split-level patio with sea view, & private parking on the side.
Maria, the largest, split-level lounge & dining/kitchen area, 2 bedrooms ensuite. Ample patio, shaded by 300-year old carob. Private parking in back.
No smoking indoors.
Minimum stay is 3 days.
