Nice and cozy three-bedroom detached house located in Cambrils, between El Dorado and Cambrils Mediterrani, a quiet and familiar area. The house is arranged on two floors. The first floor consists of an independent equipped kitchen and a spacious living room with air conditioning, a utility room / storage room and two terraces; the storage terrace which is where we have the barbecue with direct access from the kitchen and the fully equipped front terrace which we access from the living room. On the first floor are the bedrooms, the main bedroom has a double bed, and the other two bedrooms with two single beds each. Bathroom with bathtub. On the first floor we also have air conditioning. It is located 400m from the Ardiaca beach and 1.8km from the port of Cambrils, which we would reach with a walk along the wonderful beach promenade. Ideal for families who want to enjoy the tranquility of the Cambrils Dorado-Mediterrani area and at the same time access the beaches of the Costa Dorada by car.
