Indian Ridge Oaks is situated In a quiet community with a mix of both residential and vacation homes. Close to Highway 192 and between markers 5 and 6 off sand hill Road Just 3 miles from World drive, Disney's Main entrance.

Situated just minutes from shops and restaurants which can all be found on the Hwy 192, Indian Ridge Oaks is an Ideal community base for your vacation.
Disney can be reached in about 10 minutes, Universal Studios is about 25 minutes’ drive away and Sea World can be reached in about 20 minutes. Atlantic coast beaches can be reached in about 45 minutes, gulf coast beaches are about 60 minutes away and Orlando International airport is 25 minutes’ drive
Our villa is on one level and has three bedrooms and two bathrooms overlooking a golf course and fenced for added privacy. This is a great feature as many of the homes are very overlooked. The pool is larger than average and also has the added benefit of a spa attached to the pool.
The master bedroom has a king size bed and full bath and separate shower with spacious sink with storage below. There are hairdryers in both of the bathrooms so no need to bring your own. There is a Flatscreen TV in the bedroom and a walk-in closet.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed and shares the bathroom with bedroom 3. This bathroom has bath with shower over.
Bedroom three has two twins beds allowing the home to sleep 6 people in comfort.
All linens and towels are provided and the washer and dryer are located in the garage. All electricity is included except for pool heating if required.
The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/freezer, stove with burners, microwave and dishwasher. Plenty of cookware and tableware are provided so if you like eating in you can cook a meal to eat el-fresco on the lovely pool deck. There is plenty of seating outside and loungers for you to relax after a busy day at the parks.
The villa is fenced at the back for privacy and overlooks the golf course making it a peaceful haven for your Orlando stay.
