Located in the quiet neighborhood of Horta-Guinardó with excellent transport links and close to Gracia, 10 minutes from the city center by metro (only 4 stops) and 15 minutes from the beach! It is located just above the Hospital de Sant Pau - an amazing modernist building, which is clearly visible from the terrace. From there you can also enjoy the views of the Sagrada Familia, Torre Agbar, Torres Maphre, the sea and a good overview of the city in general. The flat includes: * 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds and bedroom with a single bed * Refurbished kitchen * Refurbished bathroom with an amazing shower! * Separate laundry with washing machine * Living room with air conditioning and heating, TV 32 ", dining table and sofa * Terrace with fabulous views of the city and a small table and chairs for 2 Distances: * Parc Güell: 1km * Sagrada Familia (Gaudi): 1km * Hospital St Pau (modernist building): 100m Near the apartment there are many parks, among which are: * Parc Güell (Gaudi park): one of the must-do in Barcelona, fantastic park just over 1 km from the flat! You can walk there or use public transport. * Parc de Les Aigües (a leisurely stroll), Guinardó Park (lovely views across the city) and many more! Please note that this is flat for families and business travelers only. Any group of friends on a party trip to the city WILL NOT be accepted. ##Access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. ##Interaction During the check-in, my friends from Hostmaker will give you the keys, respond to all your questions, explain to you the main things about Barcelona. Line 4 also connects with the beach of Barceloneta, the Vila Olímpica and Bogatell. Public transport: Metro * L4 within 200m (stops Alfonso X and Guinardó / San Pau) * L5 at 600m (stops Hosp. San Pau) ##Other things to note Guests will be required to present valid IDs at the time of check-in for registration to the Spanish security authorities.
