Spacious 5 bedroom, 3 bathroom detached villa with lovely private pool and huge terrace. A particular feature is the roof top terrace with panoramic views to the coast.
Please note that the villa is being refurbished for 2022, The bathrooms and the studio have been totally remodelled and the furniture and other bedrooms are being upgraded. Bedroom numbers will increase to sleep 9 in beds.
The large lounge has a 65" TV with some international channels. Fibre optic WIFI (200 MB) is provided free of charge.
The main villa has 3 bedrooms, a spacious lounge with dining area, breakfast room and large kitchen with American style fridge with double doors.
The Master Bedroom has twin beds that can be set together using a mattress topper and patio doors straight onto the terrace and pool. Bedrooms 2 is a twin room and Bedroom 3 is a double bedroom. There is a luxury shower room next to the master bedroom and a further shower room newly re-furbished to a high standard next to room 3.
There is a separate studio which has a twin bedroom, a single bedroom, shower room, and a lounge. There is air-conditioning in the lounge and all bedrooms rooms except the single which has a fan.
The large covered terrace overlooks the private swimming pool, sun loungers are provided for 8 guests and there is also a twin relaxer and patio furniture.. There is a built in BBQ and a comfortable relaxation area with lovely views.
The villa is fitted with an alarm and has a safe for the use of guests.
There is parking for 2 cars and free street parking is available outside the villa.
