The position of the house enables a great view of the palaces of historical Sintra, approximately 1,5km, at the same time being with easy reach of the many well known beaches of Lisbon Coast, namely Azenhas do Mar, Praia das Macas, Praia Grande, Adraga, Guincho, Estoril, all the way to Cascais. The house has its own landscape garden and swimming pool, it is never the less within 100m a cafe-bar-shop, and within 1.5 km of several well know and excellent local restaurants.
