Negative: Took 2 days to have the internet fixed after several messages, phone calls and an in person visit to the management office. No soap, dishwashing liquid or spare garbage bags. Only dirty, old sponges in the kitchen to use for cleaning dishes and benchtop. Kitchen equipment is incredibly old and in need of replacement, including lots of rust in the microwave and
