Negative: Furniture is very dated and uncomfortable. Like wise the mattresses in the twin room are not comfortable. The patio door lock was not working and so having to use the patio gate locks constantly was annoying. It was too noisy because of the patio locks and the gates screeching for anyone to use the patio later in the evening.
