Positive: The property is located in good and quiet area. Also it has underground parking and swimming pool. The apartment is good.

Negative: The furniture in the apartment is old and should be renovated. The kitchen utensils are also old and should be replaced. There is also was an accident with a key holder, I have informed the guy a day before which time we will check out and we have accepted the time. I have prepared the apartment and waited for him. But the guy did come in time and I should waiting for him almost 2 hours. Hopefully I didn’t have a flight this day but anyway I lost a lot of time.

Summary: Good place, I can recommend it but you may get some unexpected problems in there.
