Positive: great staff, very helpful. Great location

Negative: no private parking at house, had to park it further away from house and walk. wasn't that bad really but just unexpected because all of the other houses had private parking spots. the third night i saw multiple cars park at the street right against their house. and there were no signs saying it was not allowed. then i parked it one night and i got a printed out ticket saying i couldn't park there even though they neighbours and other were doing it just fine.
