Spacious and very bright with 3 large bedrooms, the first one in suite with double bed, built in closet and a complete bathroom with bathtub and toilets, the other 2 with two single beds and closet, there is also a second bathroom with a shower cabin and toilet, a completely equipped independent kitchen, as well as a pleasant living room with dining area (table and chairs), sofa chaise longue, armchair and a big television flat screen with satellite.
The apartment makes also available two terraces: the bigger one, in front of the kitchen, the living room and one of the bedroom, accessible by French windows, is fitted out as an additional dining area with table, 6 chairs, deck furniture and with direct view onto the residence's big swimming pool. The second one, facing the main bedroom, has table and chairs and view onto the swimming pool too.
This property is functional and very well equipped to host up to 6 persons with a complete range of household appliances including a dishwasher, an oven, etc … much storage, satellite with international channels and integrated air conditioning running through all the rooms.
It stands on the first floor, an elevator allows direct access to the corridor outside the apartment from the subterranean parking lot of the residence where a private numbered spot is reserved (included in the rental).

In the residence, there also is a paddle track to be reserved per hour in reception, just as for any of the Spa cares.
The outdoor swimming pool is available from May, 1st to September, 30th and the indoor pool is available all year long (obligatory wearing a bathing cap).
For your children's security, the access to the indoor swimming pool is authorized for children aged more than 3.
The Spa area, accessible for everyone aged more than 14, is opened from Monday to Friday from 17:00 to 20:00, Saturday from 10:00 to 21:00 and Sunday from 10:00 to 13:00; SPA opening schedule depending on the season. The inside Pool and the SPA will be used respecting the sanitary rules applicable at the moment.
Ideally located, in a quiet area about 800 meters from Salou's main beach, Playa Llevant, and from the famous Jaume I maritime promenade with its shops, restaurants, ice-cream makers, games rooms, children playgrounds, sports facilities, free open Wifi connection, fountains, palm trees, etc …, this residence stands only a few minutes walk from the strategic Plaza Europa, from the Avenida Principado de Andorra which is an important shopping street and from the tourist heart, more animated, of the resort with bars, restaurants, nightclubs, etc …
The access to the famous Port Aventura – Ferrari Land theme park is easy and quick, in less than a 10 minute walk, and Salou's family centre with its local market, train station, medical centre, etc … stands about 2 kms from this residence, easily reachable by the beach front.
