This semi-detached house has such great exteriors. In fact, a fantastic chlorine pool of 5*3 m and 1.6 m deep, surrounded by artificial lawn and a wooden platform, will welcome you. After some stairs, there is an area where you can prepare a delicious barbecue and taste it outdoors. And, in the back of the house, you can sunbathe on the lawn or on 6 sun loungers.
The construction features 2 floors. The main floor has a cheerful living room, with satellite TV and air conditioning, opened to the dining room and to the kitchen after some steps. The simple kitchen has ceramic stove, oven and everything necessary to innovate dishes. This floor is completed with a game room and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor, there is a bathroom with a bathtub and two air-conditioned bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other one with two single beds. There is a cot and a high chair available. The laundry has a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board.
Son Serra de Marina is a peaceful coastal village. Furthermore, it is so familiar that it only has a grocery store and a restaurant, just ideala calm holiday. The coast is mostly rocky, but at its end there is a sandy beach, backed by dunes with beautiful paths. This beach is located at about 850 meters from the house. Any other facility will be found in Can Picafort, at about 10 minutes driving.
