Casa Romar is a 2-storey villa perfect to offer you an unforgettable holiday, accommodating 8 guests comfortably.
Opening the front entrance door you arrive in a hall where a floating windsurf board welcomes you. You're in the center of the ground floor. A door leads you into the living room where comfortable sofas allow you to relax after a day at the beach, while a movie plays on the flat screen tv. Opposite to the lounge area, a large table occupies the dining room, with plenty of space for everybody to sit together for a meal, with an eye on the pool outside. A mirrored door opens onto the spacious fully equipped kitchen with plenty of workspace where you can prepare your culinary extravagances. There's a large fridge/freezer and a dishwasher, a powerful electric vitroceramic cooktop and an electric oven, a microwave, toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine (bring your coffee capsules). In the kitchen cabinets you will find dishes, glasses, cutlery, cookware and utensils. Here another large table can be used for your light snacks. There is also a storage room, where you can drop everything you want out of sight, and a laundry room with washing machine, ironing board and iron with steam boiler. Also on the ground floor there is a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with washbasin, shower and toilet.
Outside, a large terrace surrounds the house, with plenty of lounge areas where you can relax and enjoy privately the Algarve weather. There's the swimming pool, with sun loungers and chairs all around it. A vast canopy protects the outdoor dining area where a massive wooden table will encourage you to feast on some sardines grilled on the charcoal barbecue next to it. At night this backyard becomes magical, with its neat lighting.
Back in the house, a staircase adorned with a worked iron railing leads to the upper floor hall, from where 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and several terraces are accessed. The master bedroom has 1 king size bed. This room has its own ensuite bathroom with washbasin, bathtub, bidet and toilet. Next to it there's a twin bedroom with 2 single beds and a terrace to chill out. Following there's a double bedroom with 1 queen size bed and a balcony over the backyard. Further more you can find a cosy bathroom with washbasin, bathtub, bidet and toilet. A terrace over the front of the villa completes the upper floor.
Your cars may be parked on the street in front of the house, as is common in this residential area. There will always be places available.
