Country house completely renovated, decorated with a very modern style, which has all the comforts of an urban home and has everything you need to be inhabited and enjoyed. It is surrounded by gardens, in a very quiet area of a small town in Valladolid, but only 10 minutes by car from two of the most interesting and beautiful municipalities in the province; Simancas and Tordesillas ... And 20 km from the City.
The three Velux windows on the roof have blinds with remote control, so that the darkness is almost total when you wake up, but during the day, the house is very bright. We have a fireplace, barbecue, air conditioning or heating in all rooms, which make the stay very cozy. We have full kitchen utensils The house has the kitchen dining room on the ground floor, with part of the glass roof to receive light directly from the roof, through a large window. On the top floor, larger than the lower one, a bright living room with a double sofa bed, and access to a bathroom, and two bedrooms.
