With its 5 bedrooms, all equipped with a private bathroom, its luxurious kitchen with cooking island, its beautiful swimming pool and the various lounge areas under the palms, the villa provides an excellent basis for a carefree holiday.

Outside
The villa, completely renovated in 2017, is free and offers sufficient privacy with its enclosure. It is easily accessible via the M530 coastal road and there is ample parking space. In addition to a newly decorated garden, various terraces have been laid out around the villa. There is a large terrace on the kitchen side and front with a large dining table. There is a possibility to barbecue close to the corner. On the other side there is a micro cement bar and a lovely lounge area with a gas fireplace. At the rear there is a swimming pool (10 x 4.5 x avg. 1.75 with underwater lighting) in the middle of a large lounge deck. On one of the many sun beds it is nice to be here under the palm trees. The stairs at the pool can be closed with a gate for the safety of the children. Of course, the outdoor shower and bath towels are not missing.
Finally, there is the roof terrace from where you can enjoy the special view.
Within
After the recent renovation, the whole has been tastefully decorated. There is a large living room with a sitting area, a dining area, a rotatable flat screen television (large number of channels), a Sonos sound system and a wood stove to enhance the atmosphere. The latter is not necessary for comfort, as the house is well insulated and has floor heating everywhere except in the bedrooms.
Bedrooms have a total of five. All have air conditioning, patio doors (equipped with shutters and mosquito netting) and a private en-suite bathroom. All rooms have double beds, with three rooms being separable. The master bedroom has a "Zangra" four-poster bed.
The half-open kitchen has a cooking island where you can sit comfortably with four people on a bar stool. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary (except microwave) equipment. There is an American refrigerator from Smeg, a Bosch built-in oven, an induction hob with a Bora extractor system and a dishwasher and washing machine. There is good wireless internet everywhere in and around the villa. A cot and high chair are available for free on request. There is no shallow children's pool at the swimming pool.
To be able to enter the house, you must first climb a generous staircase, this is also the case for the swimming pool. Once in the home there are no significant level differences anymore.
