The villa has a garden at the front and a terrace at the back where you can have barbecues and entertain people. There are also numerous balconies.

Our house is facing south so we have a lot of sunlight. The whole day you can enjoy our front garden of 100m2 with its own private sitting area under beautiful old mandarin and apricot trees. At the back we have a terrace with lots of privacy that offers much needed shade in summer month. Perfect to enjoy a barbecue between friends/family. There is a dining table for 6 and a BBQ grill. The terrace is 35m2.
