Villa Saint Michel is a charming and traditional holiday villa affording a prime location in Serra e Mar.
This beautiful 4-bedroom villa with a private swimming pool (heating as an optional extra) boasts a well-maintained garden offering a perfect and stunning area to enjoy the outdoors and relax in the warm sunshine of the Algarve.
All the bedrooms have air conditioning and the whole property is comfortable and bright. It is ideal for a group of friends or family who all wish to holiday together, yet have their own privacy.
The property is all based on one floor and consists of an entrance hall, 2 double bedrooms ( en-suite), 1 living room/ dining room, lounge area comfortably furnished with three sofas, TV and Wi-Fi.
The living area is light and spacious and opens out onto the balcony. You can have direct access to the Pool & Garden area through the patio doors.
As you walk around the house you will find a separate annex with two bedrooms. The patio doors lead to the swimming pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a washing machine, coffee machine, dishes and utensils, dishwasher, microwave, oven, fridge, stove, toaster and kettle.
Alvor town is a 10 minute drive, and offers many very good restaurants and bars. The picturesque sandstone cliffs nearby offer beautiful coastal walks & secluded sandy coves which link to the long sandy Alvor beach.
The changeover day for this property is on Thursday.

Pool Heating will always be an upgrade for your holidays, especially when travelling with children. The temperature of the water when the pool heating is activated will always be between 5ºC and 8ºC higher than if there was no pool heating.
