This fantastic house with private pool is situated in the quiet urbanisation of Rio de Oro. Enjoy long sunny days by the pool or on the pleasant terrace where you can relax surrounded by nature and tranquillity. This house has a constructed area of 230 sqm. spread over several levels.
On the main level we find the living and dining room, the fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with shower. From the living room there is access to the terrace and the garden with swimming pool. Outside, on this same level and with direct access from the kitchen, there is a stone barbecue and summer dining area where you can enjoy pleasant summer meals.
On a slightly higher level there are three bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with two beds and one with bunk beds. There is also a bathroom with shower.
The upper level consists of a double bedroom suite with a bathroom with whirlpool bath. This room has access to a sunny terrace.
The house has a garage which is located on the lower level of the house.
