This recently built property offers a private and peaceful environment, surrounded by nature with stunning views of the sierra. In its spacious exteriors you will find a private pool with a maximum depth of 1.60 metres, perfect for the enjoyment and safety of the little ones, as well as a gas barbecue and sunbeds for sunbathing creating the ideal setting for unforgettable family moments.
The plot is completely fenced and has two covered parking spaces and additional uncovered spaces. Additionally, it features an electric car charging station an extra convenience for those travelling with this type of vehicle.
