ACCOMMODATION
This is a completely renovated apartment with an exquisite decoration and views of Madrid from its terrace. You can enjoy a comfortable sofa in a spacious, very bright living room, with a table perfect for your family meals or with your group of friends, and with large windows overlooking the terrace.
With a modern and functional style, it transmits warmth in a sophisticated environment. Every detail is chosen with care and good taste, where you will feel at home. In addition, when the weather is good, you can have breakfast on its coquettish terrace, or surprise your partner with a romantic evening. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook: ceramic hob, oven and microwave. There is also a coffee maker and toaster. It also has a dishwasher and a large fridge, ideal for large groups.
The elegantly designed bathroom has a large shower. In the bedrooms you will find a double bed and two single beds to cover all kinds of needs. Finally, in all the apartment there is heating and air conditioning so that you do not have any problem with the inclemency of the weather.

LOCATION
The nearest metro stop is Urgel (line 5, three minutes walk).
The apartment is 15 minutes from the centre in the metro, you can get off in Callao or in Ópera for the Sol-Callao-Gran Vía-Plaza España axis, or in La Latina, to enjoy tapas and the Rastro on Sundays.

OTHER INFORMATION
In the apartment you will find a small guide of Madrid in which I have included recommendations of the zone so that you enjoy the city like someone who lives here (places that you cannot be lost, bars, restaurants, theatres). San Isidro Market is a five minute walk away, and there are several grocery stores in the neighbourhood.
The bathroom includes a basic toilet kit (shampoo, bath gel, clean towel for washbasin, hair dryer). The lounge has a large sofa and television. All bedrooms have wardrobes to store your luggage. In addition, you have free wifi.

THE AREA
The Urgel neighbourhood is a residential neighbourhood in the south of Madrid, on the other side of the Manzanares River in a quiet area of working people who have recently seen how the area has become a cultural hotbed thanks to the arrival of artists on the Carabanchel-Urgel axis, with several workspaces of all kinds: painting, photography, design, graphic arts... For some time now, people have been talking about Madrid's Brooklyn, with loft-style buildings dedicated to these artistic disciplines.
The apartment is located:
- 10 minutes by subway from La Latina.
- 15 minutes by subway from the Opera House.
- 17 minutes by subway from Callao.
- 20 minutes by metro from Gran Vía.
- A 20 minute walk from Madrid Río.

GUIDELINE FOR YOUR ARRIVAL
We will welcome you at our offices in the Plaza Mayor de Madrid (Calle Fresa nº 1 LOCAL), 28012, Madrid, from 3:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Before your arrival we will need to verify your data to comply with local laws, as well as to sign the relevant contract, essential for the delivery of the keys.

CANCELLATION
For cancellations more than 30 days before the date of entry, 70% of the money paid will be refunded. For cancellations more than 15 days in advance, 50% of the money paid will be refunded. There will be no refund of any amount for cancellations with less than 15 days.
Lodging Deposit: Compulsory : 150.00€ per stay
Final cleaning: Compulsory : 65.00€
Visitor's tax (adult): To be paid on site according to current rates
