The exterior of the house is ideal to enjoy the Mediterranean climate. In it you will find a chlorine pool of 8 m x 3.5m and a depth ranging from 1m to 2.2m. It is located in a fenced area for the protection of the little ones. You can relax sunbathing on the sun loungers, prepare a delicious barbecue and eat quietly in the dining area of the terrace. Please note that there are neighbors around and privacy is partial.
This villa is distributed in two independent houses, ideal to enjoy with family or friends. Both have only one floor and have everything you need for a well-deserved rest. In the first house there is a lounge-dining room which is ideal for long evenings chatting or watching TV, next to the fireplace in the winter months. Nearby is the kitchen, equipped with all the facilities you need to cook great meals. When it's time to sleep, you will find three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. A bathroom with bathtub completes this first flat. In the second one, we find a living room with TV, equipped kitchen and a bar with two high stools. It has three bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other two with two single beds each. The bathroom has a shower. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
In the house there is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board. Both houses have AC in the living room.
The water heater is located in the kitchen of the first house and is powered by solar panels.
This villa is located in Conil de la Frontera, a beautiful coastal town in the province of Cadiz. It has a warm and pleasant climate during most of the year, making it a perfect place to enjoy the sun and the sea on its beaches such as Playa de Los Bateles and Playa de La Fontanilla. In addition it also has its historic center where you can stroll through its narrow cobbled streets and discover its white houses and flowery courtyards. It is also surrounded by beautiful natural landscapes, such as the Natural Park of La Breña and Marismas de Barbate where you can go hiking or enjoy the views.
