This incredible apartment of approximately 70 m², with a large solarium of 35 m², is located in a building with a lift (attic) and offers the option of private parking for €25/day. This triplex apartment presents a dynamic and modern design that develops on three levels. On the first level, you will find the common areas, which include a spacious living-dining room with access to the terrace and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need. The second level is intended for rest areas, with two comfortable double rooms. One of the rooms has a double bed and access to the terrace, while the other room has two single beds and also access to the same terrace. A bathroom with a bathtub is located next to these rooms.
