Summary: Hotel services and standards poor than 4 star hotel, unhelpful , unwelcoming staff. Breakfast everything was cold terrible utensils not clean and aged cutlery have seen excessive use and some of it bent and scrapped. Generally there is nothing there can be awarded 5 stars.
