Positive: I had booked personal room with attached bathroom. The water was leaking from the bathroom during taking shower. When I scan it on my e-fatura, their physical number doesn’t work. I think, I feel, that this bill, this scan code, is not original because all three times it didn’t work. Once it worked, fine, twice it worked, fine, but all three times, this invoice didn’t work. So, I have had this problem. When I talk to them, they say, go to our website, etc., but it’s not my job to go to the website and check. It’s your job to make sure that the scan code, the invoice, is correct from the first time, so that I can just scan it in my e-fatura app, and it works immediately.

Negative: The property was fine. There was nothing wrong with the property itself. The property was clean, everything was clean, but the problem was that the heater they had in the room wasn’t working properly. It would turn off automatically after two minutes. Then, when I started taking a shower in the bathroom, water from the bathroom was coming into our personal room. There was a bathroom leakage, right? This service was not good. I mean, it’s not good for the customer, and it’s not good for their property. So, next time, if they can improve this for the customer, that would be very good. It would be good for both the customer and for them.

Summary: Improve all of these things, the shortcomings that I have mentioned. Improve all of these aspects
