The house was renovated in January / February 2017 and equipped with new, high-quality furniture. The house has on the ground floor a large living room with a modern open kitchen and connected terrace through which the garden and pool can be reached. The living room also has a niche that can be used as an office workspace, comfortable sofas, an electric fireplace, an electric radiator, a separate utility room with toilet, sink, dryer & washing machine and the stairs that lead into the basement.
The terrace connected to the kitchen has sun awnings, chill out lounge, large dining table for 8 people and an electric Weber grill. In the basement there are 2 bedrooms with 180 cm wide double beds and bathroom ensuite as well as two bedrooms with 2 single beds and a bathroom in the hallway. The garden in which 6 sun loungers and the nearby beach can be reached quickly via the hallway.
In addition to air conditioning in each bedroom and in the living and dining room (heating and cooling), the tenant has WIFI, satellite TV and a parking space on the property.
Access to the beach is via a private supply route.
