Summary: Everything was fantastic from beginning to end. The Front Desk team of Cinzia and Julia could not have been better - incredibly friendly, helpful with reservations and arranging taxis/private drivers, and did an amazing job of communicating with the night team so everyone knew exactly what had been done or needed to be done. The breakfast buffet was fantastic - delicious variety of fresh fruit, yogurt, cereals, pastries, meats, and cheeses. The team of Alessandro, Angel, and Elizabeth were very friendly, helpful, and kind and created such a perfect experience to start each of our days. The roof top pool was a very welcome plus since we were there in August and appreciated the refreshing break each afternoon. The rooms had such cute and quirky touches that made the experience special (like an old TV as a night stand). And, my husband wanted to be sure I included that he loved the candy selection in the lobby, especially the licorice. The hotel is in a great central location too! It is about a block off the main street and tucked away off an alley so it is quiet and feels private.
