Positive: The room was clean, comfortable bed

Negative: We booked this hotel as it advertised on site parking which wasn't the case. We had to search for two hours, after having been told by hotel staff there was no parking on site, finally finding a secure car park 1 km away in the old walled town and uphill all the in terms of walking. Prior to this we encountered several French people who were very displeased with the apparent lack of parking but who witnessed on the day before our departure reversing two vehicles from under the hotel. A lot of the time when we needed to speak with staff there was a notice in reception saying staff were attending the HOSTAL SOL across the road and to be patient. NOT GOOD
