Summary: Nice clean house (as described) very close to beach - 50 metres. Plenty of room for family from Dublin with four kids. Secure back garden for smaller ones. Had a very pleasant and relaxing holiday. Very scenic area. Plenty of buses if you want! Within walking distance of shops and bars. Exceptional beach at national park nearby. Less than an hours drive from Santiago which is well worth a visit. Many thanks to Laura who lives nearby and couldn't have been more helpful. Would definitely recommend this house and area.
