Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Comfortable bed in a very spacious room. Very quiet street and the hotel was very quiet during our stay. This hotel was chosen as it was close to Bilbao Intermodal a few minutes away. The young man at reception was friendly, helpful and spoke English very well.

Negative: The layout of the bathroom facilities which were all separated. The shower was good and the water was hot. The WC lacked privacy. The sink was small and the mirror light was ineffective. Bath towels and a shower mat were provided but no hand towels.
