Summary: We stayed here on Christmas Eve for one night. It was a good hotel but nothing I would come back to. No one helps you with your bags Nor offers the cart or any help whatsoever considering we had 2 suitcases and a stroller. We had an early flight and asked for breakfast boxes and specifically mentioned no meat or ham which was noted. In the morning, we got four ham sandwiches. Also there was a weird smell in the hallway and in the room, which is probably from the cleaning solution, but still there nonetheless. Lastly, the thermostat in the room was not working. We opened the window, but there’s too much noise from cars. The rooms were clean overall the bathroom was clean. The shower was nice. The free water was nice and the bed was comfortable but for a four star hotel I expected more.
