‘Villa Rafander’ is a stunning ultra-modern 5-bedroom villa within our ‘Luxury Collection’ - which comprises some of the most beautiful holiday rental properties in Lagos and offering unrivalled standards of accommodation and service.

The villa was designed by acclaimed local architect Mário Martins and combines sustainable architecture with advanced technology in a stunning location overlooking Meia Praia beach.

As you enter the villa through the imposing entrance, you see a magnificent transparent piano and panoramic windows leading out to the extensive sun terrace.

The kitchen is fully-equipped with 4 ovens, 2 plate warmer drawers, a 6-ring induction hob with integrated extractor, fridge with filtered water and ice maker, Quooker cube tap providing boiling, sparkling and filtered water, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster and kettle.

The living room has a large, comfortable couch and a TV with a vast selection of international channels.

The dining table seats up to 10 people and is perfect for enjoying a family meal indoors while looking out towards the ocean.

Next to the kitchen is a floor-to-ceiling wine cooler where you can chill some excellent local Portuguese wines.

There is also a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer that leads out to a drying area.
This area of the villa also benefits from a WC.

The bedrooms are located away from the living area along a corridor where there is also a fantastic private study with an Apple computer, TV, air conditioning and black-out blind. This is a quiet and private space, perfect for working remotely or just relaxing.

Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed (200cm x 180cm), en-suite bathroom (with walk-in shower with a rain shower head), a workspace, TV, curtains and black-out blind.
