Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Good and relatively cheap restaurants nearby, supermarket just in 5 minutes by foot. Not a district with tourists. A good opportunity to see mostly local people around and enjoy authentic neighborhood. Amazing views both from the outside and from the windows. The place is easily reachable by car. The atmosphere was extremely friendly.

Negative: I find the boiler in a bathroom a bit small. It was barely enough hot water for one person. Probably, I used more hot water during colder end-November nights.

Summary: Literally, feels like owning a small dacha on the island
