Positive: The rooms are nice and the staff are nice ppl, but not available quite a lot of the time. I checked in quite late I did ask to, that was good a key was left for me

Negative: There's not much communication. My room didn't get cleaned at first because there is a habit where ppl go out, leave their rooms unlocked with the key inside and then the room is cleaned. I didn't realise this so my room wasn't cleaned. I asked for it to be cleaned before I went out as I didn't want to leave it unlocked. I did have to wait each day it was tricky to fix a time. This is because there is one older lady who seems to be doing absolutely all the work! She is overworked. The day I got my clothes washed I cleaned my own room as it just seems there needs to be another staff member to help her out. There was a cockroach in my bathroom one evening, a single one it was ok and it took a while to get someone to come and spray because noone is there on site in the evenings. I also called up one morning to ask for the water filter to be filled so I could make my coffee (with my own coffee, there isn't any and the tea finished and wasn't replaced) - jobs aren't being kept up. It's pretty noisy due to the work taking place on site. It is a nice site though just a bit too far out of town for walking on the main road if you don't have your own transport. The people are nice it just isn't managed that well at the moment
