Summary: We enjoyed our stay at the Pan Pacific, but were disappointed to see mice in the outdoor lobby area while enjoying a nightcap. For a hotel of this caliber, this was unexpected and concerning. We hope management addresses the issue promptly. Overall, nice hotel with beautiful views of the harbor and close proximity to many attractions.
