Positive: good location and pretty quiet. Clean and comfortable. Room well equipped but is compact. Had a terrace which was so good just to sit out a relax a bit. Coffee & tea available free at reception for part of the day. Staff friendly & helpful.

Negative: Bit of a shock walking in and seeing the downstairs are rather dark, partly covered in plastic etc because of renovations but much better impression getting to a renovated room. No tea/coffee in room but you can get a kettle which I didn't realise. Morning coffee is part of breakfast which i did not need. Would normally want a drink before getting showered and dressed esp on holiday. February room prices are good for the quality but the later ones seem very costly to me and I could not afford to stay.

Summary: Central, quiet (February) and clean. Helpful staff.
