The house has an open lounge, dining and kitchen with tv and wood burning fire. There are three air-conditioned bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, where you also find a bathroom with shower. Upstairs is the second bedroom with double bed and the third room with bunk beds (that can be converted to a double bed if needed), these two rooms share the second full bathroom. Visit and discover the beauty of Palma with its monuments and history, or just chill out by the pool enjoying the countryside views surrounded by almond trees. The 18 holes golf course of Camp de Mar country club, a boat trip around the coast and Dragonera island, rent a boat and spend the day in some of the calas there is lots more for you to discover & experience. Added to the booking price will be the electricity which is not included, this will be a charge of 0,25€ per kWh by the meter reading. From January 1st 2018, The Balearic government require a Balearic Tourist Tax, payable at the time of booking, prices vary depending on the duration of the stay and the season (Low or High). This tax is applicable for travelers over the age of 16 years old.You will need to pay this on arrival at the check in, if not already saved. Please note if your arrival to the property is after 21:00 hours, there is a late check in fee which can be paid in cash on arrival. No pets allowed. Events are upon request.
