Welcome to our pretty, two-bedroom apartment, found in a pedestrian street of a peaceful residential area of the city. Our place will be professionally cleaned before your stay. We hope you enjoy your stay!! #Space Our hard-wood floored apartment is located in a residential area of Lisbon, with cafés and amenities around. It is found in, and faces, a pedestrian street of Lisbon, which will grant you a resting sleep at night! As you walk in, you'll find a cupboard to your left with an ironing board and flat iron, and storage space for you to leave coats and some stuff. The living room opens up as you walk up the corridor and to your left. There is a sofa bed that can fit two people: simply pull out the bottom part and remove the cushions for added space. There is a TV with plenty of TV channels for you to sit down and relax. There's a table that fits 4 a counter with two high chairs that forms a sort of division between the living room and the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped in order for you to show off your cooking skills! We left some essentials for you to be able to make meals at home :) The stove works with gas - simply press down the knobs and rotate them to the desired intensity! The bedrooms are found through the door at the end of the corridor. You'll first find the master bedroom with an outstanding amount of storage space, and the single bedroom is found through the master bedroom. Something you need to be aware of is, in order to get to the single bedroom, you need to walk through the master bedroom. The bathroom is found immediately opposite the front door. There's a bathtub in the bathroom. All linen will be hotel-quality and freshly pressed so that you have a great rest after a day of exploring! This property will be professionally cleaned before your stay. #Access You will have access to the entire property and it is important that you are respectful towards your neighbours and keep noise to a minimum after 10 pm. Our standard check-in time is at 3 pm and our standard check-out time is at 11 am. The Parque Eduardo VII is a stunning 26-hectare public park that is ideal for a casual stroll, a sit down in the sunshine or a jog, and is one of the must-visit areas of the city. There is also a great restaurant here called Eleven and the Estufa Fria & Estufa Quente, which is a beautiful set of three large greenhouses showcasing over 300 species of plants. For a little culture, head to the Modern Art Centre at The Gulbenkian Foundation, which is home to a brilliant selection of art from Portuguese and international artists. The closest ATMs are around 10m away: Hotel Av. 5 de Outubro; Metro; Continente; train station. There's a café on the same street as the building which also serves meals. You'll find Sam's Croissants (open every day between 8h and 20h. There's a pizzeria just up the road on your right. The Calouste Gulbenkian Foundation gardens are 10m away, as well as the Campo Grande Park. #Notes - The flat capacity is for 5 people, no additional guests allowed. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. - Check-in and keys: please note there will be a €25 fee for check-ins before 8 am and after 10 pm, and guests will be charged €40 for lost keys or lockouts. - Hot water: the water heater has limited capacity. Once the hot water runs out, it will take some time for the water to warm up. - Electricity: It is fairly common in Lisbon for the electricity to trip if more than 2 high wattage electrical appliances are being used at the same time. Guests are advised to keep this in mind when using appliances like heaters, washing machine, hairdryers, toasters, fans, etc, and there will be a €40 charge in case of electricity trips due to overuse. Most homes in Portugal don’t have central heating or air conditioning, heaters and fans will be provided. - City tax and ID: Government mandated city tax of €2 per person per day (except children under 12 years), will be charged to you at check-in and your Govt ID will be collected at check-in for submission to the authorities as required by local laws.
