Positive: Simply, I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Porto. The hotel is perfectly located, the breakfast is very good but, above all, the staff are excellent - welcoming, friendly, helpful, perfect ambassadors for their city and Portugal. I’m sorry I didn’t take the name of the beautiful woman on reception when I checked in but she really is the most perfect host. I want to go back to Porto and I will definitely stay here.

Negative: I wish I could have stayed longer!
