Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Lovely hotel, a return stay for us. Breakfast is lovely. The bedroom is spacious. Pet friendly which is important to us. The location is fabulous and car parking is close by which is secure (additional cost). Very comfortable except fir the bathroom.

Negative: We stayed this time in room 614. The bathroom isn't as good as the previous stay and was difficult to use the shower due to where it was situated in the eaves. Being a couple over 63 years of age it was a balancing act trying to use the shower. Also the hairdryer was positioned in an alcove where the flex didn't stretch enough to use the hairdryer comfortably. If we had been staying for more than 1 night I would have asked for a room change. Although this would not stop me from returning as it is overall a very nice hotel with lovely staff.
