Positive: The villa has a nice swimming pool and a well kept and sizeable garden along with terrace under the greenery providing much needed shade during the afternoons. The kitchen is properly equipped, living and dining rooms downstairs are spacious and stylishly decorated. Some of the bedrooms are smaller than others, though they were fine for our group as the smaller ones were used for the kids. The villa is walk-able distance away from the beach (though on very hot days and with small kids the car drive might still be more preferable) and just across the street from the local supermarket and bistro. The owners were very responsive throughout our stay and tried to address all our requests

Negative: There was an issue with hot water upstairs and, though the owners tried to fix this, it was not completely solved and appeared to be related to general water pressure issues in the area. The villa could add the washing machine
