The home has 4 large bedrooms comprised as follows:
Bedroom Configuration.
1. “Poolside” - King Master Suite with direct private access to the pool deck. Large en suite bathroom with grand walk in shower and ‘garden tub’ (room for 2!).
2. “Peter Pan” - Queen Bedroom. Sleeps 2. Has direct en-suite access to Jack and Jill bathroom
3. “Fantasia” – Twin Bedroom with 2 x twin (single) beds. Has direct en-suite access to Jack and Jill bathroom shared with “Peter Pan”.
4. Mickey & Friends. Twin bedroom with 2 x twin (single) beds. Sleeps 2.
An additional family bathroom with shower over bathtub is adjacent to this room.
The living area is beautifully designed with open plan living and a large TV set in the lounge area, plenty of areas to eat and entertain and gossip about the day you all had at the parks!
**Pool Heat**
Pool and spa / hot tub heating is available for an optional $35 a night including taxes. Must be activated for a minimum of 5 nights or the full length of your stay (which ever is the lower).
Grill
A serviced grill with a full tank of propane may be rented from our local rental partner. Contact us for more information on sizes available.

Disney, universal studios, sea world, Lego land, Celebrations, water parks, and golfing are all less than 10 minutes away!
Other things to note
For keen golfers the villa is ideally situated for access to many golf courses including Greg Norman's Champions Gate.
Guests are required to provide identification in the form of an ‘ID selfie', confirm the names and ages of all adults who will be attending the property, as well as completing a signed rental agreement’. This must be completed within 24 hours of placing the reservation or prior to arrival (which ever is the sooner’). Where paying by credit card, the card holder must be able to evidence they are the owner and in possession of the payment card.
All reservations require completion of an electronically signed rental agreement, agreeing to the conditions of the rental which includes that no parties are permitted at this home. We welcome seasoned bookers/travelers where the primary booker is over 25 and their young families (aged 0-120!) in this family home. The occupancy limit for this property applies 24 hours a day.
