Summary: The check-in was terrible. I was told I'd receive an email 24 hours before arrival with the codes to enter the hotel. When I arrived ay Porto Airport I had to wait 1.5hours before receiving the codes. I had to message them numerous times. The room was central and clean, but tere were no services. I asked if there was ironing facilities but eas told there were none. Would never use this company again.
