The villa sleeps 7 people, in two double beds, and three single beds. There are 3 large double bedrooms, and one single bedroom. With the location being South facing, this beautiful villa enjoys all day sunshine from sunrise to sunset.
The Master Bedroom, which is set on the third level, the Main House Level, has a large and very modern en-suite bathroom with bath and shower, and its own Private outdoor terrace with lounge furniture and stunning Sea Views. On Level One you have a large double bedroom with a kitchenette, en-suite bathroom, small table and chairs for two, and a TV. On Level Two there is an independent lounge area with sofa and armchairs, TV, Private double bedroom with two single beds that can be pushed together to make a double, a good sized modern bathroom, and another Independent single bedroom with one single bed.
The large brand new and very modern American Style Kitchen is on the Main Third Level, where you also have the Modern, Luxurious, Designer large lounge, with white leather sofas, and a large dining table and chairs set in front of the floor to ceiling windows overlooking the pool, gardens, and the amazing Sea View. The lounge is very light and bright enjoying all day sunshine, there are also large patio doors on the other side of the lounge which takes you to another terrace area for sunbathing, or simply relaxing in the shade.
The 8 x 4 Private pool is surrounded with terraces, and various areas to sit, relax, sunbathe, or enjoy the shade as you wish,. From the pool and terraces, you have the stunning sea views.
The beautiful and mature Mediterranean gardens are full with colourful flowers and plants, making it feel like a tropical garden.
