Positive: For 6 yrs.we live in Spain for the winter. This is by far the best apartment. We were here for 3 weeks. They thought of everything. It has 2 full baths, tons of closets and storage, nice furniture. Smart TVs in living room and bedroom. The kitchen was fully equipped: stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and full size frig. A washer and dryer made our stay even better. The property managers answered any text immediately. The location is right around the corner from the main plaza, Constitution. There are so many bars and restaurants very close by. It is all pedestrian, but taxi's will go to the square. There is a grocery feet away on the plaza. It is a very short walk to the port. It is just steps away from so much shopping. And there are 3 gelato stores you can see from front door. Plus no steps from the front door to apt. No bad odors in area at all. We loved the huge doors with windows; 3 in LR and 2 in BR, making the apt. very bright. This could be the model for apts. to rent. The price was very reasonable.

Negative: The only negative is that even though it is low season, there are people everywhere. It is noisy with people. You will need earplugs to sleep. They also have a floor fan which blocks the noise.

Summary: You will be grateful for this apartment...we sure were.
