Perched on a hillside overlooking Kata Noi Beach, Villa Amanzi offers a tranquil escape, spectacular ocean views and stunning open-plan living. Villa Amanzi encompasses modern Asian-style architecture with functional Western elements throughout. Set over three levels on the hillside, Amanzi’s top two floors are connected by a lift for ease of access. The villa has an expansive living and lounging area with stunning sea views, as well as a 50-inch flat-screen TV and Bose Lifestyle entertainment system.
The formal dining area seats 10 people, and overlooks the pool and the stunning bay below; perfect for a dinner party! There is also a large kitchen with modern appliances, as well as an elegantly appointed bar. The villa’s private chef is on hand to cook breakfast, lunch, dinner from a suggestion menu of Thai cuisine with some Western selections.
Guest requests are accommodated as far as possible (including special diets). On the lower floor, there is an additional TV lounge with large sofa, Bang & Olufsen entertainment system and ocean views (adjoining guest bedroom). A lift connects the top two floors in addition to stairs. Floor-to-ceiling windows command incredible sea views, allowing Villa Amanzi to be flooded with natural light throughout the day.
Villa Amanzi sleeps 12 guests comfortably; the villa’s six bedrooms, five with king-sized beds and one twin-bedded, are luxurious and tranquil escapes, boasting ensuite bathrooms and sea or garden views. The top-floor master suite has the added romantic touch of a huge bathtub, while the bathroom in the second master suite has a freestanding tub and alcove seating area with garden views. Another suite has its own TV lounge room with a sofa bed to accommodate additional guests.
Outside, the expansive outdoor living areas include a two-level terrace with a spectacular 15-metre infinity edge pool, which overlooks the stunning Kata Noi Beach. There is also a barbecue and shaded lounge sala with panoramic sea views, pool table, sofa suite, bar, barbecue and dining table for 10.
