‘Cocheira’ means ‘carriage house’, which was the former function of this beautifully located beach house close to Praia Grande, the beach of Ferragudo. The carriage house used to belong to the neighboring Castle of Ferragudo. However, in last century the carriage house has been split from the castle and has gotten its own independent purpose. In 2016, the current owners started the transformation of the carriage house into a luxury villa.

Bedrooms
The luxury beach house has 4 bedrooms at the ground level and 4 on the first floor. The beds can set up apart or as double beds with mattress topper.
Kitchen
Well-equipped kitchen with: a large induction hob, wine fridge, double hot air oven, filter and coffee cup machine. Large dining table for 16 persons!
Living
Sit and relax in the large lounge with Sonos music system and large smart TV.
Garden
From the living room, you can access the large garden with a high diversity of fruit trees. A beautiful terrace is located on the left side of the villa. In the garden is also a non-heated pool.
Other spaces
The large mezzanine, which functions as a relax area, shows a great view of the kitchen and the living room. The spacious entrance of the villa provides access to the mezzanine and consists of a guest bathroom.
Outside Cocheira Beach House
The walled garden of the villa has private parking up to 4 cars. There is a large wooden deck with dining table, chairs, lounge area and shade, looking over the garden and private pool. For the barbecue masters, there is a large gas bbq available!
