Comfortable and bright villa to spend your holidays, 2 km to the beach and golf courses with all what you need to feel at home.
Upper floor, the master bedroom is furnished with a queen size bed fitted wardrobes and a large in suite bathroom with hot tub and a shower, the second bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds that can be putting together as a double bed, and the third bedroom fitted with a queen size bed, both bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and air conditioner for cooling and heating. Also up one extra bathroom to use for the 2 bedrooms, fitted with shower and basin and also the washing machine and dryer.
In the entrance a toilet, a fully furnished kitchen open plan with a dinning area furnished with 6 seats table, and living room comfortable furnished with leather sofas and TV with international channels.
A big terrace to enjoy the swimming pool and the jacuzzi is furniture nicely with dinning table and sofa lounge, and up, the roof top is decorated with sun beds to enjoy the sunniest days. The terraces and cosy outside areas is properly where you will spend most of your days and meals which can be prepared on the gas barbecue.
There is Wi-Fi and air condition throughout the villa and also bedlinen, towels and shower towels are available in the house.
It is not garage but you usually can easily find a parking spot outside on the street.
