Positive: We loved the location of the property. We hired a car and it was only about a 5 minute drive into the centre. We stayed in the upstairs area which was lovely, and the views were amazing. There were a lot of stray cats who were all lovely and they came to see us every morning! The villa felt very private and the sun was on us all day until around 5pm.

Negative: Downstairs felt a bit dated and there was a bit of an ant problem near the sink. The sofas had stains on them and the floor in the living room downstairs was a bit dirty. The bathroom door downstairs kept opening by itself if you didn’t lock it, I think the latch was broken. The ledges on the steps in the pool were very sharp and need some sort of covering to stop injuries. Upstairs had no glassware or cutlery or anything like that so as we stayed up there we had to bring everything up from downstairs.

Summary: A really lovely villa in a beautiful area. We loved our stay in Villa Tran.
