Situated in the pretty resort of Playa Velilla, about 2½ km from the centre of Almuñecar. The villa is perfectly located in a quiet area set in it's own grounds over 2 levels. Unusual for a private villa there is excellent easy access to the beach, bars and restaurants about 150 metres away. It is very comfortable and well furnished, with light and spacious accommodation. Outside there is a large terrace, part of which is under cover offering shade when eating alfresco. The terrace is equipped with table, chairs and sun lounges. The pool is of a good size and has a shower and BBQ. There is a second lower garden area which is laid to lawn and shaded by Cyprus trees. There are two double, one twin and one triple bedroom.
